Observed temperature dish washing machine final rinse less than 135F at dish level. Repair dishwashing machine to provide hot water sanitizing final rinse at least 160*F. Observed black and pink slime residue at interior upper panel. Clean ice machine to remove slime. DO NOT USE ICE FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION (Ice may be used for beverage containers chilling only). Call Yen Vu at 281 896 4738 for rechecking. New Violation. 		 
  20-21.18(c) Toilet room with no tight fitting / self-closing / solid doors.
